Positive: Gorgeous pool, which was never busy. The gardens were beautiful and so well maintained. Laura and all the team were incredibly helpful and attentive. Gordon the cat was an added bonus! Nice peaceful location, with a pleasant short walk to the beach and all the wonderful restaurants of Antibes.
Negative: It was all great, but maybe a little more variety at breakfast would be nice. It’s a great spread, but the same every day.

Positive: The hotel honestly felt like a home away from home - much more like a friendly guest house than a hotel. It's in an incredibly quiet and peaceful location that's a complete oasis after a busy day exploring Antibes, and only a 15 minute walk into town. The gardens and pool are such a treat and a rare find in Antibes. The owners are all so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. If you're looking for a really welcoming and personal stay then I'd highly recommend you choose this place.
Negative: The pool was very warm when we stayed but to be fair we were travelling in a really severe heatwave. The breakfast was a little disappointing and basic - we'd been dreaming of some delicious homemade croissants and pastries

Positive: • A magical, homey atmosphere—like staying in a countryside retreat. • The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. • Free parking was a nice perk. • One of the most unique and charming stays we had in the South of France.
Negative: • No elevator, which made it harder to manage with luggage and children. • Rooms were not soundproof. • The street and gate are very tight for driving in and out—requires extra caution. • Breakfast was very limited and not worth it in our opinion. • Location-wise, this villa is in a residential area, far from the center.

Positive: Beautiful little hotel, great breakfast and a lovely host. Parking available in the courtyard. Great pool area and a boules court. Room was comfortable and walking distance from Antibes old town and the bars and restaurants.
